By using Kate's Event List (the "service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service is published and operated by THE LOOP COMPANY LIMITED (CÔNG TY TNHH THE LOOP), business registration number 0319120622, registered at 242 Lô 8, Cư Xá Thanh Đa, Khu phố 2, Phường Bình Quới, Quận Bình Thạnh, Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh 72300, Việt Nam. "We" and "us" refer to that company.

The service

Kate's Event List aggregates community events from multiple sources and lets people submit their own. Event details are provided by organizers and third parties; we do our best to keep them accurate but cannot guarantee that any event, time, price, or location is correct or that an event will take place. Always confirm details with the organizer.

Your submissions

When you submit an event you confirm that you have the right to share the information and that it is accurate and lawful. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to display, format, and distribute that content within the service. We may review, edit, decline, or remove any submission at our discretion.

Acceptable use

• Do not submit false, misleading, unlawful, or infringing content.
• Do not use the service to spam, harass, or harm others.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it abusively, or bypass its security.

Third-party events and links

The service links to third-party events, websites, and registration pages. We are not responsible for third-party content, and linking does not imply endorsement.

Advertising and sponsored content

Some listings or banners may be sponsored. Sponsored content is selected by us based on the city being viewed and is labelled where applicable.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kate's Event List and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or your reliance on any event information.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, where THE LOOP COMPANY LIMITED is registered. Any dispute arising from them will be submitted to the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
